Will Clay provides support to the Board as Chair of Standing Committee.

Will has a keen interest in history and, for a time, considered a career as a history teacher following a period of post-graduate research. He subsequently worked for a number of years in commercial and public sector organizations in the UK and overseas. Following completion of a Graduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law, Will retrained as a lawyer and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in March 2016, practising until July 2020. Will gained experience working at a number of large law firms whilst training. He then worked in the insurance litigation department of a large UK law firm. More recently, he retrained and has been working in the international education sector.
